Since the launch of the film, we’ve been working hard at That Sugar Movement to build nutritional literacy so that people can have the practical knowledge and tools to make better food choices. At home, in our communities, at school and in the workplace.

Small steps make a big difference
That Sugar Movement aims to change how we think about ‘healthy’ food and support people and organisations to take small steps to achieve big change.
We want to make the topic of health and nutrition engaging and accessible to all ages, and believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to change the way we think about ‘healthy’ foods.
All our programs are evidence-based, designed by That Sugar Movement’s team of experts and aligned with the World Health Organisation and the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
After That Sugar Film’s success and growing online community, it quickly became evident that there is a deep need for information and practical advice – yet the resources available are extremely limited.
