These are the ultimate mid-morning or afternoon snack. An absolute textural delight!

Experiment with additional toppings, and it will probably the prettiest thing you have ever put in your mouth!


  • 1 - apple, sliced into 2 cm rounds or wedges
  • 1/2cup - 100% nut butter (we used peanut)
  • Optional:
  • 2tbsp - walnuts
  • 2tbsp - shredded coconut
  • 2tbsp - goji berries
  • 1/2tsp - cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt flakes


  1. Lay apples out and spread with a layer of nut butter.
  2. Optional: get fancy and top with extras such as chopped nuts, shredded coconut, blueberries or goji berries, then dust with a little cinnamon and salt.
