Contains nuts
These are the ultimate mid-morning or afternoon snack. An absolute textural delight!
Experiment with additional toppings, and it will probably the prettiest thing you have ever put in your mouth!
Ingredients
- 1 - apple, sliced into 2 cm rounds or wedges
- 1/2cup - 100% nut butter (we used peanut)
- Optional:
- 2tbsp - walnuts
- 2tbsp - shredded coconut
- 2tbsp - goji berries
- 1/2tsp - cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt flakes
Method
- Lay apples out and spread with a layer of nut butter.
- Optional: get fancy and top with extras such as chopped nuts, shredded coconut, blueberries or goji berries, then dust with a little cinnamon and salt.
